This is the excess which you pay under the insurance policy. You pay this once per fault. You can select a £0, £60 or £95 call-out fee option. The higher the call-out fee you select, the lower the monthly or annual price you pay. We do not charge call-out fees for your service visit.

What is landlord boiler insurance?
Hometree landlord boiler insurance is a cover policy that provides professional repairs if your boiler encounters a fault. You will receive your CP12 – proof of service document. Hometree's boiler cover is designed to serve your unique and specific needs, helping you to look after your properties.
Why do I need boiler insurance as a landlord?
Each year, landlords are legally required to arrange an annual boiler service and receive a Gas Safety certificate. Hometree’s boiler cover includes this as standard, helping you to meet your legal requirements.
