### Coverage Includes
- **Annual Boiler Service**: A yearly visit to check your boiler and central heating are safe and in good working order. If any faults are found, they will be fixed during service.
- **Gas boiler, flue & controls**: Repairs to your boiler including any thermostats, programmers, valves, or pumps. Includes all parts and labour.
- **Central Heating**: Repairs to your radiators, cylinders, or valves related to your central heating. Includes all parts and labour.
- **Plumbing**: Repairs to plumbing like burst pipes, leaking stopcocks, or broken flushes. Includes all parts and labour.
- **Drains**: Unblocking blocked drains, sinks, and toilets. Includes all parts and labour.
- **Home Electrics**: Repairs to mains electrical systems including fuse boxes, light fittings, switches, smoke alarms, and doorbells. Includes all parts and labour.

- **What’s not included**: Wider central heating systems, plumbing & water supply pipes, unblocking drains & waste pipes, mains electrical wiring systems, removals of sludge, and certain bathroom items.
