The 3 Pillars of our Sustainability Strategy
Reducing Operational Impact
We’re minimising our carbon footprint by transitioning to renewable electricity, adopting electric vehicles, and decarbonising our office heating. Every part of our business is being assessed and adjusted to reduce emissions and create a more sustainable operation.
Scaling Positive Impact
Our mission is to make green technologies accessible to more homes. Through innovative finance solutions and smart technology installations like heat pumps and solar PV, we’re helping homeowners reduce emissions and energy costs for the long term.
Building a Green Workforce
We’re preparing for the future by creating green jobs and up-skilling our workforce to support the transition to sustainable energy. By retraining existing engineers and bringing new talent into the industry, we’re ensuring a skilled workforce is ready to lead the net-zero revolution.
We believe how we heat and run our homes should be greener and more sustainable, and that the home services industry has a unique role to play in helping homeowners overcome this challenge. Whether it’s installing new low-carbon heating devices, or making existing devices more efficient, we believe we can be a driving force in making homes across the UK better for the environment.
